We craft Mexican bean-to-bar chocolate using cacao grown in Mexico, and handcraft delicious confections inspired in traditional Mexican recipes, as well bold new flavors. Our work is fueled by a deep love for cacao and a commitment to sharing the cultural significance of this ancient food. Cacao is more than an ingredient—it carries within its seed the essence of nature, nourishment, family, heritage, and wisdom.
