This company was started by our (then) 15 year old son in 2022. He saw people on TikTok freeze drying candy and wanted to start a company doing it. He wrote a business plan and we (his parents) thought it was an awesome. We helped him buy his first freeze dryer and he paid us back and bought another one. He has had amazing support selling at local farmers markets like Nocatee Market, Fernandina Beach Market, and St Augustine Amphitheater Market. His high school (Nease) even carries his candy in the school vending machine! We are super proud of him.
