Cobalt Living Co specializes in boutique handmade fragrance products based in the Houston area. The materials used in all of my products are of the utmost importance to me and the basis of my business. I source ingredients and supplies locally or in USA whenever possible. Materials are phthalate and paraben free among others and often made from recycled materials. I know the importance of customers’ desire to buy and support locally made products. So I am glad to be building my company that offers such quality, small batch, handmade products.
